CSA were selected to design, construct and install a custom shelter with woodgrain ceiling cladding and integrated gutter. The intent was to retain similar design aesthetics with neighbouring shelters in nearby parks. Challenges in the design were to provide a shelter with ceiling and have no visible fixings. The obscure shape and fall in the roof lead to complex design solutions.
PRODUCT SPECS
Mild steel galvanised and 2 pack polyurethane painted shelter, aluminium sheeting with woodgrain print lasercut in a chevron pattern. Internal gutter built into the shelter frame with drainage through the rear post. CSA also provided standard products to accompany the shelter, including stainless steel BR7102 Manhattan Bike Rails and DF5200 Lisboa Drinking Fountain.
