While a lot of our loyal customers may be used to our old website layout, we hope to bring clarity to product options and create a user friendly experience for requesting product quotes.
To help navigate our new site, here are some helpful features that may be new or confusing at first.
All items have been meticulously rendered to show similar positioning for easier comparison between products. As majority of the products are available in Hardwood Spotted Gum and Mild Steel they have all been rendered in this configuration.
Each product shows the Product Name, Item Code and Product Range (if applicable). Clicking the product image will take you to the individual product page, while clicking the ‘range’ text will filter to show the entire range suite.
Navigating each Product page is now a breeze for our customers. With more clarity on selected features and options for each item.
Users are greeted with a large image of the product and links to Download Spec Sheet, Install drawing (if available) and button to request 2D CAD drawings for Architectual Plans.
Below you will find all the standard options available for the product, such as choice of Batten Material, Frame Finish, Fixing Method and other product specific options. A rendered representation is now shown for most options for increased clarity on what will be provided. Customers are now also able to nominate a desired powder coat colour directly from the product page rather than adding notes in the quote basket, but don’t worry if you haven’t finalised colours yet, we have a link to a powder coat chart and this can always be nominated while placing an order.
Ever seen a gallery image of a product and what to know what material and finish is shown? Now it’s easier than ever, hover your mouse over the image and a caption will show you the specific options. This has been added to most gallery images, but should it be missing feel free to check in with the office and they can point you in the right direction.
Once you have all the products added to the quote basket. Select the quote list icon in the top right corner and select “View Quote”
